Almond Valley Property Centre is now one of the largest providers of Private Let accommodation in the West Lothian area. We strive to offer safe quality properties to all of our tenants, and through effective monitoring, protect the capital value of our client’s investments.

The service we provide our clients is exactly the same as the service we provide for our own portfolio. All properties under our management follow the same process from advertising, through reference checks into inspection criteria and through to lease exit and re-let. One of the key differences between AVPC and other management providers is our Property Inspection frequency- we inspect all properties at least once every 2 months. We believe that inspections every 3 or in some cases every 6 months is inadequate to ensure your property is being maintained correctly.

We are members of the Property Ombudsman redress scheme, offering peace of mind to landlords and tenants in knowing that they are dealing with a firm which agrees to meet defined standards of customer service, together with having in place the necessary insurance to protect clients' money plus a complaints procedure offering independent redress.

Additionally we are members of The National Association of Estate Agents that also have defined standards that all members must adhere to.

One of the keys to a successful investment property is to have it tenanted for as long as possible, and if it becomes vacant ensure we find a new tenant ASAP. We believe we offer the best package of property advertising available in the local area at extremely competitive rates. Your property will be showcased on the UK’s top 5 property portals. To complement this we also advertise on popular local sites as well as our own and the all important “To Let” sign at the property. If someone is looking for a property to rent then they will find your property listed with us.
